What is the minimum order requirement?

Minimum for embroidery: 12 Pieces

Minimum for Screen Printing: 24 Pieces


Minimums for other hard good products vary depending on the product. 

Can you mix and match items to meet the minimum?

Yes. As long as long as all of the items have the same decoration! (Same color & same size) Imprint locations, color garment and style garment can also vary. 

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, we do! But these orders require extra charges for rush service.

Can you create logos?

You bet! We offer a variety of creative services depending on your needs. 

How long until I get my order?

Approximately 10 business days after order confirmation.

When will I see a proof?

You will see a proof of your order after you approve the order confirmation that is sent to you. 

Do you offer personalization?

Yes, for an additional cost and it will add a week to production.

When you get the proof, can changes be made to the art/order?

Yes! We work one-on-one with you to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. 

Will you be charged if you cancel your order?

Charges will depend on the order. It is possible you may be charged for art services and/or hard good production fees from our suppliers.

Can you put a logo on....

Odds are, if you can think of it, we can put your logo on it. 

Can you take a photo and print it on a shirt?

You bet we can! With over 26 years of experience, our team can ensure the quality of an image is depicted on any print we offer.

Can you add-on to an order once it is placed?

In most cases, yes! However every time you add onto your order, it will delay your order from getting completed.
